The Return is available only within 7days after pick up. Please contact us as soon as possible when you need to return it.

• Please deposit the delivery fee to our account, and inform us.

• If you want to get refund to bank account, please leave your account number on a board.

• After we check the returned goods and charge of delivery fee, the cancellation or refund deposit is going on.

• Without tag, Return or exchange is not available.

• If you don’t give us any notice or request of Return or refund in advance, it is automatically redelivered to you.

• If there is mark of being used or washed, it is never available.

• To exchange for colour or size is okay, but you can exchange to the other item only for once.

After one exchange, if you want to do Return, you can get refund only by saving points.
