- Return without notice in advance.

- Used, washed, Over-due date of return (only within 7days after pick up)

- Sale or Event items

- Personally Customized product

- Intentionally damaged product

(There are lots of cases to do Return after a damage of product intentionally.

Therefore, we keep the record of the products upon Release and Delivery. 

If the product is damaged, it is not available to get refund or return.
