We are very sorry for your inconvenience.

  • The procedure of Return.

    Please contact our call-center to report the faulty products and send it back to us by C.O.D

    After we check it, we will resend a same one with free charge of delivery. But if you want to change to another product, you need pay half charge of delivery fee.

    It is never allowed to do Return or Exchange if there is any mark of being used or washed.

    When we can’t contact you, we will return it after sending you text message or email. Please make sure to receive it and check if the product is all right.

There are lots of cases to do Return after a damage of product intentionally. Therefore, we keep the record of the products upon Release and Delivery. 


 If the product is damaged, it is not available to get refund or return
